Hasan Rivers was the technician who was dispatched to replace a broken door spring. He was personable, knowledgeable and professional - just the type of person a company would want to represent them. He ensured that there were no issues once he had completed the job. He even gave me a few hints on how to service my garage doors to prolong their serviceability. Very happy with the company and their service!

I had my Martin garage door installed about 8 months ago. I love it!! Today (Saturday) I had an issue and the garage door would not close. They were having a busy day, but when I explained that I could not get the door closed a tech was sent out within the hour to fix the problem. He was fast, efficient and very helpful.

Hands-down, one of the best garage door places in Las Vegas not only was the parts counter extremely helpful, but also knowledgeable in the field of garage doors. They had all of the parts I needed in stock and were willing to assist me in loading up, so that I can tackle my home repairs.

DISAPPOINTED. In our house, we had Martin door installed our garage door openers about 8 years ago. Person who installed it did a great job. Openers have been operating great. Just recently a bracket broke. I called the company, lady who answer the phone said bring the part to our store. My wife drove about an half hour to get there. Front lady said I don't think we have it. Another lady from parts came and said no we don't have it. They advertise as the largest garage door parts company. When my wife said that you can not even change a bracket. She replied we might have it on the truck. It was clear that then they had the part but wanted to charge a service charge for coming out to our house. We'll get back to you tomorrow she said and we did not hear anything from them.
