OMG Rich was sooooo freaking nice and helpfulknew a lot about the city and what was being developed too! Allowed a stop at the liquor store and helped with our luggagefound a bell hop when we arrived at our hotel toosuper fantastic guy! I use this company EVERY time we head to Vegas and they are Top notch!!!

The service received from Presidential Limousine was EXCELLENT! I was in Las Vegas to celebrate my birthday with a group of 10 ppl. I spoke with Earnest who assisted me with my order. Earnest was very attentive to my needs & did a great job following up with all my questions for my big day!
Our driver Carey was awesome! He arrived on time, very attentive, true gentlemen, & very accommodating to our needs. After handing him our itinerary for the evening, when we called, he was there within 5min.
The Limo was well kept & clean. I highly recommend this company & I will definitely use their services again!

I spoke with Sandy from Presidential Limousine and she was AWESOME! She had the greatest customer skills that I’ve come across in a long time. She was very knowledgeable, patient, nice and much much more. I think I asked about 50 questions and it didn’t bother her at all. I also called back at least three times because I was researching other companies and I wanted to get the best possible price, and she completely understood. I ended up booking with this company even though it was a little pricier than I originally wanted to spend. I booked with them because the SUV Limo looks UNBELIEVABLE. However, I mainly booked it because of Sandy. She sold me on it. She DEFINITELY deserves to be recognized!!

There’s no one better than Valentin for your limo needs! He’s the best they have. I’ve had nothing but success with Presidential and always pick our favorite driver. The vehicles have always been clean and new. I’ve been picked up in cars as well as stretch and you can’t go wrong with the airport slecials. I’d highly recommend both the company and the man himself!

One of your drivers at 4:15am 6/20 merged across three lanes with no turn signals and almost hit my car. I had to slam on my breaks hard enough they squealed. Your driver didn’t even brake and he sped up way past the speed limit. I tried calling but was just on hold with no answer for over five minutes.
