  Reviewing the Aerie store: the in-store stock of bras is super limited. They only have the most basic bras and none of the nice ones I saw on the website. I went twice to get advice about my size for bras I wanted to buy online and the advice was just wrong. Everything I ordered was always too small. They should really just have more of the collection available in the store, even if it's just one per size for trying on so we can order online.

  Review of an online purchase:
  
  Editing to add: this purchase finally arrived at our house over a month later. Adding back a star.
  
  Made an $80+ purchase back on 8/20 and never received itreached out to the live chat about why it hadn't arrivedshocked to find out that they just weren't going to ship my order ever due to a glitch from Hurricane Laura. I understand that happens, but they also stated this happened to a lot of orders (too many to reach out to)seems wrong! If you haven't received an order, I would definitely reach out as to why!!
