I was certified to scuba dive in 1982. Around 1996 I moved back to Michigan and no longer was able to dive in the ocean. The great lakes were nice - but not the same. I moved to Florida 10/2016. I wanted to get back into diving but all the gear/equipment changed over the years. Along with getting back into it; I wanted to meet people that I could buddy up with. I wanted to really learn the gear and meet new people. I went to several dive shops in the area and found pretty much found that all could give me what I wanted.except personal expert service and the meet & greet part. The customer service they provide is personal. They all are divers and strive to make you family there! They re-certified me. I highly recommend this place. Mark

My fiance and I stopped here to buy snorkeling equipment before we went on a dolphin tour. The staff were very accommodating considering we were short on time. An older man helped teach us how to find the proper fit mask wise and taught us about different kinds of masks, how they should fit, how to attach snorkels to the masks, the differences in dry and wet snorkels, and the list just goes on. It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase dive and snorkel equipment.

I received my PADI Open Water certification here and I couldn't be any happier with the experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and of course the entire journey from pool to ocean diving was quite an experience. If your looking to try diving, this is definitely one of the best options in Brevard.

Once they were a good dive shop. Now their staff is rude and arrogant, their prices are high, and it's a major ripoff spot.

Took three classes here. Great teachers and staff; very knowledgable and friendly. Readily provided guidance and advice. They bent off backwards to work with me for a good program for renting gear. They also organized several dive trips that were always enjoyfull. Definitely recommend this dive shop to anyone in the area.

ADI is a wonderful store with amazing owners and employees that has been in business for more than 30 years. This is the absolute best place to go for all SCUBA needs and more. There is a reason that they've been in business for so long; their local reputation is excellent. I completed my open-water and advanced open-water certifications here, along with a really awesome underwater photography course. The staff go above and beyond to make sure that students are well-prepared and well-trained, with safety as their utmost concern.

I just got open water certified through ADI and I had an AMAZING experience! I am only here for the summer visiting my dad, but i am looking forward to moving here next year and using them as my permanent dive shop! I had knee surgery almost 8 months ago and they did all that they could to help me and made sure that I would get everything that I needed along with the dive master of the boat (Doug from Scubatyme 3 in Pompano Beach). They taught me ways to get in the water without straining my knee with the gear and to swim more efficiently with a bum knee. They are great people and I would highly recommend anyone to take the classes!

All the excellent reviews must be from people that work there or own the place. I don’t know anyone that has had a good experience with these people and I really started looking for them after our mishap with this place.
We were open water certified at this place and had a horrible experience. The staff was always more concerned about what you were going to buy from them than your scuba education. The instructor was never in the classroom when we took our test. He even gave what sounded to me as a nudge to cheat if need be. They rushed us through the exercises and were very impatient with us. I really didn’t learn a thing about scuba gear that would help me make an informed choice on what type of gear to buy. But, they did take up most of our time one class session to talk about all the wonderful packages they offer instead of making sure we wouldn’t kill ourselves when we started doing this on our own. They stated when the class started that only 1 out of every 20 or so would continue diving. I guess that’s why they really didn’t care. We found another place over in Melbourne that has done nothing but be wonderful to us. They are actually more concerned with your education and well-being than their pocket book.

I have been going to this shop since 2009 and have never had any problems. I have taken many dive courses from Advanced to just completing my Dive Master and highly recommend everyone to take their classes here. They take their jobs very seriously and follow the guidelines of PADI, there is no grey area when it comes to diving. When teaching skills they demonstrate it first then go individually to make sure everyone masters the skill. They do not rush anything and are extremely thorough. On the open water dives the instructors and dive masters are with you every step of the way and are well prepared to handle any situation that may arise. The staff is very knowledgeable about diving and equipment. They are very friendly and spend as much time as you need to answer any questions you may have. They sell you the equipment that best fits you and your diving needs. I have been to many dive shops and this by far is the best. Most dive shops are only interested in making a buck ADI is so much more than that. They build relationships with their customers that last for years. To them you are more than just a customer and anyone who steps in the dive shop will realize this in a matter of minutes.
