    Here workers just pretend like working. Actually they are driving small cars on the yard and busy texting on the phone. Someone reviewed 5 years ago about unload takes forever yeah it’s true. Nothing changed for 5 years. I’m wondering how this company still on business?!

    this company fired me for insubordination and refuses to allow me to return. i am going to lose everything based on this company violation of contract.

    I have gotten my job back at American axle and let me tell you they do a year end lay off look for reasons to terminate or remove people from payroll there's several things they do that includes but limited to. Removing seinor employee's
    For but not limited to contract violations. Such as insubordination and attendance even thou they turn in documents regarding factors such as illness mental illness and or the like. I was fired for insubordination after asking for a union setwart.

    This place is a joke!!busted my hump,brokebones,and shed blood!for this place and for almost 4 yrs and they fire me over a FACEBOOK POST OVER A FOOTBALL GAME , the UAW BAILED ON ME AT ABRITRATION TIME KNOWING THERE WASNT A SOCIAL MEDIA CLAUSE IN OUR CONTRACT BUT THE BONUS WAS THE HUMAN RESOURCES LADY LIED UNDER OATH TO THE UNEMPLOYMENT ABRITRATOR TO SCREW ME OUTTA UNEMPLOYMENT I HAD RIGHTLY EARNED

    Docks 1-8 no communication I sat for 3 hours for one pallet and it was on the dock the whole time stay away!!!!

    Auto motive parts supplier. Axles, gears, and drive shaft facility. Machining and assembly plant. Good place to work but wages are in need of improvement.
