The installation crew was on time, polite, and professional. However, what impressed me most was that the owner of the business came to check out our needs and measure our rooms. As he was measuring, we quizzed him about our next project -- installing laminate flooring in another part of the house. Without being pushy, he gave us advice about the quality of a brand we had been looking into, and he let us know about some styles that were offered for a very discounted rate. With his advice, we were able to buy the flooring we wanted for a very low price.

My husband Dave and I have been working with Americas Carpet Barn for over 5 years. I can honestly say it is the BEST flooring company within miles. It's only a week out, but happy so far. Installers arrived at 8:30 instead of scheduled 11-1, but accommodated my bit of wet paint and movement of furniture. They did not expect to have to rip out, but it was paid for and they did not give me any problem about that. They were friendly and accommodating. Carpet and install look great. After picking out my carpet from their wall, of samples, and paying deposit so they could come out an measure, I was told that my selection was .50 more than what was posted. When I told them that was the price posted, they said the sample was put back in the wrong place, but gave me the agreed price without my even having to ask.

There was a great selection of rather unique carpet options, I found exactly what I was looking for within 5 minutes after checking about 4 other stores. Ron is super helpful, and knowledgeable. He scheduled the install ASAP because of course I waited until the last minute to pick out carpet and vinyl. It was a huge project and the flooring was just the finishing piece. Tom installed the vinyl and carpet which each took a full day. I am very pleased with the results, he was super professional, on time (even early), and did quality work.

If you are tired of going into a store and ignored, you will WANT to visit America's Carpet Barn! Their customer service is OUTSTANDING! My husband and I were immediately greeted and asked how they could help us. Within minutes, yes, minutes we were given flooring/carpet options that were exactly what we were looking for. I needed carpet installed in my entire house and only had a 3-day window to have it done. In addition, I was coordinating the work from the west coast and not in-person. The big box stores re-directed me to several offices for estimates, pricing, and scheduling, but couldn't give a firm date until I paid in advance. I contacted Carpet Barn and was very impressed by their service! Mike Stepka, a sales associate, discussed what I wanted, sent me samples via email, and arranged the installation to meet my small time window. 4 bedrooms, stairs, hallways, and giant living room in only 2 days! The carpet was great quality and the installers did an excellent job. The prices were up-front and included the fees that other stores don't always mention. Very competitive prices, and the service was far-superior to large chains. Their service from start to finish has earned a lifelong customer. I highly recommend this local business for your next remodel.

We needed new carpet and flooring for a cottage bedroom and bathroom immediately. Carpet Barn was the only place who could install within a week. They had a wide selection of products and reasonably priced. The owner came out the next day to measure. The installers were professional and fast. Very happy with Carpet Barn and will use them in the future.

I contacted Ron at America's Carpet Barn in late 2016 with a short timetable for carpet installation. They were able to accommodate my request, and had a great selection of in-stock carpet for reasonable prices. Best of all, installation was 3 days later and the guys did a GREAT job. They were respectful, polite and left the area very clean. I would definitely recommend America's Carpet Barn and would purchase carpet from them again!

Update! We have since used America's Carpet Barn (early 2017) for installation of LVT and Jim did a great job removing the old and installing the new floor. Highly recommend!

Carpeting the entire worship center at the Journey Church was no small task and more complicated that one would expect. America's Carpet Barn came through. The crowning element of a six month long renovation turned out beautifully. Our installers, Tom and Jim worked tirelessly to see that it was done and done right. I thoroughly enjoyed having them around. Even Ron the owner came by a couple times to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Thanks ACB!
