I truly love the overall experience at Yen! The staff are always very friendly and helpful. You fall in love with all the instructors and can tell they are truly passionate about thier practice. Tip: I also always keep my eye out for thier punchcard sales/giftcard sales as for me financially the deals are such a good deal and I tend to stock up then - if you can't do the monthly fee or just wouldn't be able to make it to class enough times because of work/life etc to make the monthly fee worth the price. I have brought many friends to Yen with me because of how much I truly love the place. It's very clean and a calming environment. I would 100% recommend this studio!

Really enjoy the variety of classes offered here for all skill levels. A great place to start as a beginner or continue your practice. They are very welcoming to all yogis and workout friends alike :)

When I walk into Yen Yoga, I feel at home and not my actual home where things are messy and disorganized and stressful, but my second home, where even if it's been awhile since I've been in, I'm greeted by name, and a peaceful atmosphere, the place is warm and tidy, I can sit with a cup of tea before I hit the mat and I can finish with a hot shower and piece of chocolate before heading home. The teachers are all so amazing and talented and thoughtful that I learn and grow while still relaxing and restoring. It's a bit of peace and happiness in my day where someone else has thought of and taken care of everything. Thank you for all that you do!

This is a beautiful studio with great staff and a fantastic variety of classes. My one criticism is that the community class is not at a prime time. All of my previous studios did free community class on Sunday evening so that a majority of people had the option to go. It was first-come first-served and the 80 person studios filled 25min before class started. Everyone loved it. If there is anything more I would like from Yen, it would be to establish an accessible community class so that it can be part of what makes our whole community healthy.

Skilled instructors in many disciplines, a beautifully taken care of studio (including amenities), and a welcoming vibe for those of us from out of town who drop in occasionally. Thanks for making a Friday early morning trip to the airport oh so worth it!

We participated in a yoga in the vines session at Black Star Farms facilitated by Yen Yoga & Fitness. Absolutely great experience. Highly recommend experiencing a yoga session in a vineyard setting.

Yen Yoga changed my life. The teachers at Yen are amazing and willing to go the extra mile to help shape each and every class to its students. The community and employees that surround Yen is its greatest strength and is truly the embodiment of the Traverse City life style.

Everytime I come home to visit my family, I go to Yen as much as physically possible.

I've been a fan of Yen for years. Best place ever for yoga. Friendly front desk staff that goes out of the way to help you, from assisting you pick the right class to providing you with a nice, clean towel. They make you feel welcome. Also some of the best, well trained instructors that teach from their heart. Well rounded classes that are soooo good I drive 3 hours to take them. Can't say enough about the instructors and classes. If you LOVE yoga, you'll love it even more there. They are a family.
