Clean establishment as well as mostly quiet. It was exactly what at I needed as a comfortable place place to get a night's rest while travelling on the road.

When visiting my son at the University of Alabama my husband and I had the worst experience at the Ambassador Inn & Suites. We have stayed at many hotels from a “A” to good rating. The room we stayed in was absolutely Disgusting!! The bathroom shower had mold also missing grout which made water leak on the floor, rusted shower head, toilet bowl seat broken and shower curtain had holes in it.
As for the bedroom area, rug was stained, air conditioning did not work properly, numerous holes in curtains, sheets on bed were like sandpaper. I would not recommend this place to anyone no matters how short the stay may be. I would rather drive from Birmingham then to experience anything like this again!!!!

I love this place very nice, fresh and clean. Everything looks new the bathroom is hug and very clean. My husband and travel a lot we slept in many hotel every year. This is by far my favorite hotel of all compared to the price affordable like this one is the best. We always stay here when we're in Alabama.

I was here to visit with my parents while we were all in town for graduation. The lobby area was festive and cozy, the staff members I saw were friendly, and my parents lucked out having their room right next to the breakfast suite. Their room seemed clean and comfortable. The only negative was when I wanted to charge my phone, I had trouble finding an outlet that would work. I do not know if there was a switch I needed to flip or some other reason since I was only in the room for a short time. Overall, I would consider staying there in the future since my parents seemed pleased with their stay.

Check in experience was excellent. Lady at the front desk was very kind and courteous. The lady working this morning was very Unkind with a hateful attitude. the room is fine.

Check in was a breeze. Rooms were clean and comfortablehad a fridge and microwave. I stayed one night as I traveled from Colorado to Georgia.

Staff was friendly and the room was spacious. The bathrooms have handsoap and the shower was spacious and had shampoo and soap dispensers.

Stayed as an overnight guest. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The soap dispensers in the showers was a little unnerving but I got over that. Breakfast offered by hotel was good. Would stay again.

The location and the price are the only perks. The room offers ironing boards but no iron, a coffee machine but no coffee pot. No early check-ins even for an additional fee, only one room key offered. Limited room lighting, no working room telephone. Only the television is nice.
