I worked here as an employee for almost a year til I found another job. Had great pay and awesome benefits. Easy work just always on the go. If you like walking at a fast this is the job for you. If your on the lazy side don't even try it.

I liked some of the people that I met but the way they train you isn't the best. Good job to have if you're an Amazonian (blue badge), because they have EXCELLENT benefits for their permanent employees.

Amazon IS a Great company !!! It's a fun place to work allowing you to dress for any occassion or wear your PJs to work. Amazon Cares offers assistance to various programs and foundations locally and nationally. Amazon offers various shifts, various departments, a Career Choice program that pays a portion of your education, accommodated schedules allowing you to work FT or PT while working around your school schedule, it even has it's own classroom in its facilities. EXCELLENT DAY 1 BENEFITS, and Employee Assistance Program specializing in assisting you with your needs, various time-off options including unpaid time, paid personal time, and Vacation, and leadership who care about you!!! Come join our Team!!!

The place is literally a mad house. If you work there the money is the only good part. Absolutely everything is an unorganized **** storm. Be careful driving around the area to all others at 3-6pm and 3-6am as people become insane trying to drive in and out of there to save their lives. The place sucks and i wish it would get flattened with Sam Waltons long lost Walgreens association and founder award.

    Avoid at all costs.

I worked at Amazon as a picker for almost two months. First, I have to resign because of school as I won't able to work on the weekends in order to attend concerts for my assignments. Before before my last day, the HR instead of my manager, Jessica, decided to terminate me because of my overall rate last week was about 90%. Like really?! I worked my butt off to get this job to better myself and literally have to stop taking both of my 15 minute breaks just to make rate. My manager was Jessica, and she's not great with her management, she's the reason why she can't keep pickers as she wrote me up three times because of me supposed to overtaking my 15 minute breaks without telling me that it'll cause my rate to be low. Like you're a manager, you should of told me all of this when I first started but you rather for me to find everything for myself so I can look so stupid as a employee. Plus you could of been a manager and a woman enough to tell me what all would happened and you're the one actually suppose to fired me but you let another manager named, Geoff, and HR do your little dirty work. Why? Cause you're not a good manager! I will never work at Amazon ever again, and won't recommend anybody to work here period! Waste of life!!!

Unrealistically high production expectations. If the job causes u repetitive motion injury, which it easily does, you will be fired without workers compensation benefits. Work here only if you are desperate for a job. Like i was. Worked there for 12 weeks. Lost 18 pounds and injured my right
shoulder due to repetitive motion. Seek a job at a fast food restaurant before taking a job here.
Want to experience depression? Work here.

I work here presently and I love it! The place is super huge (48 football fields big) and it's sometimes too massive to manuever around. But where else can u see all the crazy things people purchase? Plus it gives me ideas on what to purchase for Christmas gifts?! Also we are hiring like crazy for the holidays and u can apply at Integrity staffing; whether you want to be a temp or direct hire which is an Amazon employee. Good luck!

Very exhausting work. Consumes your life with little energy left over for anything else. Pay is better then most unskilled labor jobs. Great medical if you can last. Noisy, crowded at times, isolating work with little time for interaction with others, rate work, great temporary job on your way to some place else. My guess is very few employees actually retire from this type of fulfillment center work

They push you, and push you. Even if you work very hard and do over 100% its not good enough. They will push you til you break, and I believe as well as many people I've talked to that they try to get you to quit, or look for ways to fire you. You get 2 15 minute breaks but it takes 5 mins to walk to the break room and 5 mins to walk back which leaves you with 5 or less minutes to actually sit down and choke down something to eat. They track every second you are not working, so if you have to go to the bathroom more than once they will be trying to find out why. Benefits are good, but pay really isnt that great for as hard as you work. I was wrote up twice . Once because my scanner malfunctioned and I didn't catch it in time, and once because my rate for one week was 93% . That was after they raised the rate for the third time in less than 6 months. I had been well over the rate at 130 % and more. Ive never worked so hard to be wrote up. Its like they love to set you up to fail.

Great place to work. If you're going through Integrity show out during your 1200hr contract and they will take you back in a heart beat. There may even be a better position open for you too!

Order slacks at $35.99 (I have the screen shot to prove) Received an e-mail that my slacks have shippednow the price is $45.47! I contact Customer Service and get this scripted e-mail "We work hard to find the best prices out there and make sure our prices are as low or lower – changing our prices instantly if we find a lower offer somewhere else. Therefore, we don’t offer post-purchase adjustments." WHAT??? This makes no sense so I send in an explanation again to CS with no ability to attach the screen shot of the original priceand get the exact same response. Amazon has dropped the ball too many times in my recent experience. Very poor customer serviceVERY POOR!
