Definitely not the Uhaul standard I'm accustomed to! Staff has horrible customer service and manager is rude! When I returned the truck I was charged extra for gas. I called and told the manager that I had taken pictures of the gas level before I left to prove that I filled the gas back to where it was when I received the truck. Despite my proof, he nonchalantly told me there was nothing he could do about it. I will not be using this location again!

My man at the register helped sort out why my quote went up and took care of it. Took my quote back to its original price and added an additional day for the return.

The place you sent me not only did not have the trailer ,it did not even open until noon.Next you sent me to another location that also did not have the trailer .Two hours oh city driving in the broiling city heat - for nothing.
The Lake Ella UHaul is incompetent as well as Unique Wonders U-Haul-and everyone else involved.
Needless to say ,I will not try to use U-Haul ever again -but I will tell anyone else the same.
ps.I had to cancel an order due to be picked up and delivered - money out of my pocket .
pps.The Tennessee St. U-Haul were professional and helpful ,but had no one-way trailer.Not their fault.

Rental units are clean and climate-controlled. Rental rates are a bit high, but the security and services are worth it. Jolonda is a fantastic manager, who responded positively to every single one of my inquiries. She helped me out tremendously, and I don't think her kindness is a one-time thing. You will always be treated kindly at this facility, should you choose to rent a unit here.

Extremely fast service. Returning my rental truck took literally two minutes. The employees are also friendly and upbeat.
