The staff is really worthless, i've been waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes to answer me a question about the price on a simple stuff there, the 2 ladies working there are "To busy" yeah!! Too busy on their phone!!!
And the old guy don't know how to work in a respectfull place as uHaul, i'm a good client of this company, but these persons Made a really bad customer service, they answer my question almost 2 hours of waiting with the excuse of "We misundertood everything"
I give you one star cause i cannot take any of those away!! Uhaul is great, but you seriously need check this store!! Please!

Great service!

I had a tow hitch installed at this U-Haul location, and my experience couldn't have been better. First, the manager, a gentleman named Troy, personally called me to set up the appointment for my installation (and, when I later requested to change said appointment, he gladly rescheduled me). Second, the business itself was clean, professional, and easy to find. Then, finally, the installation of my hitch itself was flawless, done capably, quickly, and without issue. Also, a bonus: when my hitch was being installed, the technician kindly alerted me to an unrelated problem with my van (and how to address it), thus saving me much trouble. I interacted with several employees while there, and each one was friendly and attentive.

All in all, I have zero complaints about this business, and would return.

My thanks goes out to all associated with this U-Haul location. I have benefited from, and am grateful for, your work and service. Keep it up, guys and gals!

First off I wish I could give this 0 stars. Second, NEVER rent from this location. They don't properly service their vehicles, and try to up charge you any way they can. After having a vehicle break down on me none of the employees would even help me get on the phone with roadside assistance.

The ABSOLUTE WORST part about about this location is the manager Troy. Troy has no managerial skills, and instead of trying to resolve our issue decided he would rather "take things outside" A person with Troys demeanor does not deserve to be an employee let alone a manager. AVOID this location at all cost, even if you have to use another company or location.
