  Such a good bank up till now I wouldn't change it for any other bank especially now that they remodeled it and the bank is extended. I love that I have never had no money or transaction problem with altura I love it.

  I have always had great experiences with Altura,. Employees there are always professional. I would also like to suggest that if anyone is looking to invest money that they contact their Financial consultant Wayne Sellers he has done very well with my families financial portfolio.

  Used the atm to deposit and it canceled partway through, returning just about 1/3 of my deposit and keeping the rest. Immediately went into the branch to get it resolved and was given the runaround and the BS answer "we don't service those atm's, call and file a dispute." Worst banking experience of my life, I won't ever be back.
