I was excited to find a store with a "higher end" selection than the basic box stores. New paper and unique embellishments that I haven't seen anywhere else. And what I didn't find, they offered to special order. The customer service was excellent. My husband went with me, and he even enjoyed the shopping! We'll be visiting every time we're near Jackson!

Amazing customer service. Those three words are not found very often anymore, but at Altered Art Addicts you'll find it everytime you walk through the door. Since moving out of the state, I have only been to Altered Art Addicts twice - Once for a wonderful Crop Night and another to purchase a new Smash book. The wonderful customer service was especially seen the second time I walked through the doors as Kathy remembered my crop night project, a paper bag mini-album that I had forgotten about, which was completed almost two months previous! I was and still am completely taken back by the superb customer service and unique items found at this store. If your in the area, please stop by and take a wanderyou will not be disappointed.
