  I attended a wedding there in the morning. Staff was very attentive and pleasant. Room was comfy and the view was absolutely amazing. It was very close to snowbirds where we attended Oktoberfest the next day. For brunch on Sunday, they gave the wedding party their own private room to eat in which I thought was amazing! Again, beautiful view from the room, and the brunch was SO TASTY! Will definitely be staying here in the future

  What an absolutely beautiful location. These mountains in Utah are breathtaking and stress relieving. I highly recommend it.

  The Alta Lodge is wonderful. It looks and feels like a classic European ski lodge, with a warm fire in the bar and lobby in the winter, and incredible access to wild flowers and hiking in the summer. The food is top notch and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I love the vibe. Sunday brunch in the summer is a can't miss for me and friends. I can't wait to go back!

  Alta Lodge is an American gem. It's a throwback in the best possible way. There is nothing fancy about this place, but the staff are the coolest people in the Wasatch. The location--at the base of Alta Ski Area--can not be beat.

  Havent stayed here but have been to the bar a few times. Good beers and cocktails as well as have free family style appetizers for everyone to share. Has great views of Alta. It is tiny though so get a spot early or you'll be standing and super cramped.

  Great views, cozy atmosphere, accommodating staff, good food, and clean rooms.
  
  Just be aware that you have to walk down three flights of stairs from the parking area.

  Attended a family wedding here over Fourth of July weekend. The bride and groom couldn't stop raving over how accommodating the Alta Lodge staff was and how enjoyable the process was. Beautiful venue.
