Great service and local office employees are excellent but I feel Allstate policies are overpriced even for excellent driver's,low mileage,retired,multiple vehicle's,and multiple policies.(Homeowners and life)Plus the number of years as a customer seem to have little impact on rates in my opinion.

Had an appointment set for 8:30 in the morning to get my car inspected after hitting a deer. Arrived at the appointed time and it was closed. There is no bigger sin in my eyes that to waste someone's time. Will probably cancel my Allstate insurance for this.
