lady who answered the phone "helped" when a person hit my parked car and basically denied ever telling me what I should do So yeah I wasn't happy. And got stuck with my repairs because I wasn't informed that I needed to get a witness -_- and the guy of course denied it ever happening(of course my luck. Also I have a clean record so I have never had to deal with this my fault for trusting my insurance company ) Even though I had pictures but that wasn't enough for Allstateof course that would make anyone unhappy
