  They are very friendly and always offer help to find what you are looking for in the store. They have all kinds of parts and equipment I would be surprised if you find something they didn't have.

  The best time to shop here is in the morning. Free coffee and popcorn. Yup . Just walk in and help yourself. :)

  Indian Hills Ace is another reason to shop local! Had a great experience today getting a ladder at Ace. Nicos was extremely helpful, explained my options and carried it all the register & my truck without even asking if I wanted help! When you're at Ace you can always find friendly help!

  Unbelievable customer service. Always so helpful willing to go the extra mile to help you with any need you have. Maybe a little more pricey on some items at times but the customer service is well worth the extra expense. It's nice to have people so willing to help you instead of searching for a person in a big box store. I appreciate all the help that you're able to get at the store and if they don't have it they're willing to research it and see how they can find it for you. You do not fight customer service like this in the bigger stores

  Holiday hours not posted on door. Showed up, door didn't open, employees inside stared at me. Looked for sign of when they opened and there wasn't one. I get its a holiday but post your hours. Have your employees give me hand signals on when you do open. Don't just stare and ignore. I try to support local, but the customer service at this store is always terrible.
  
  Update: went back to the store after calling and finding out they open at noon today by a very rude lady. Walk in with 3 members of management by door, no greeting me. Helped myself in paint section, at checkout no greeting, got a "wanna bag?" Then when I paid with my card inserted in the machine she says, "pull it out" yea like i didn't hear the approved beep myself lady. Gave me my roller, no thank you.nothing! Un-freakin-believable!!

  I love going to this hardware store. They almost always have what I'm looking for. The customer service has been outstanding for years. It's the kind of store that the neighborhood is proud to have and I don't think I'm overreaching with that statement.
