Excellent and friendly staff. The only bike shop I will ever go to!

Bought my first road bike here. They were very informative and helpful. New bike purchase included a free gear adjustment and a free tune up within the first year. My bike does not come with a kickstand but I stop often so they ordered me a special kickstand that fit my bike and did not charge me. Very cool

I would most definitely go here. They want things done right, and that's what they do. My bike is like my carserious buniness. Thankyou for your time.

Always helpful! they've looked at my gear shifter and fixed it for free, and fixed my tire/inner tube and didn't charge for labor. Very knowledgeable and patient to make sure you're very exactly what is the best fit for you.

Bought a new road bike in June 2016. Staff was helpful, patient, honest, and let me test ride every bike I was considering. I've always received no-nonsense help, never have been overcharged (unlike wheel & sprocket, or rather wheel & racket). Lots of good inventory, fast lead times on warranties, repairs, and custom orders, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I love this place!

They worked with me over a number of weeks and months to customize a high-end bike I bought elsewhere and brought with me to Milwaukee when I moved back here over a decade ago. As now, as an ex year-round all-season cycling nut who has ridden tens of thousands of miles in all conditions, seasons, two continents and four countries -- due to the attention and service I received from at this place I haven't taken my bike anywhere else.

Whatever they don't have they can order, discuss component pro/cons without bias, do great work and charge IMO, honestly and fairly. I really do still miss Torque Center but Allis Bike & Fitness has mostly filled that void.

Bought 2 bikes there in my lifetime and can say I will not be returning. Was recommended by a friend to have my bike fixed there. They wouldn't change my derailuer, and new shifters. Said they don't work on department store bikes and that clutch cables/shifters were too much time. So if your looking for a tune up plus some extras they won't help you.

    Over the top Service!
My daughter walked her bike there to get her brakes fixed with her babysitting money. She was shocked and pleasantly surprised when they told her they would replace the broken wires and the pads free of charge! They basically did a whole summer tune up free of charge. She rode home a very happy girl. If they think this kind of service will create a loyal customer base, they are absolutely correct. A few years ago my bike was stolen; I know where I will go to buy a new bike. Thank you so much.

Just drove 82 miles from Chicago to Milwaukee to purchase a bike I found at Allis bike shop which was priced $20 cheaper and included a kickstand. Peter was absolutely amazing as he answered my questions appropriately and did not indulge me on the history of the bike brands or anything I didn't care about. Service was excellent, the little add ons he included were great and just made us feel cared for. Awesome experience overall!
