  My experience was that they were very unprofessional. I had a virtual interview, and the interviewer never showed up. I called the main office and got the information for the interviewer, whom wasn't available. I contacted her boss he never got back to me it was just really unprofessional.

  If I could give zero Stars I would. I was actually employed for G4S which was then bought out by Allied and upon the switch over I have experienced the most unprofessional situations and environments that I've ever experienced in my life! The managers and the supervisors are all aloof, unprofessional and lack continuity or skills to be in the positions that they have. They constantly lose contracts and and instead of holding their managers accountable they shift lower level staff (guards) around and then blame them and lie on them to cover their shortcomings as managers. They also will go months without responding to calls or text messages unless there is a problem for them. They will also go months without responding to text messages or calls in regards to lack of proper pay, every week that I was paid there was always a problem with my hours and I was actually underpaid for 2 months straight of which I am still waiting for retroactive pay. Also, they cheat you out of your exact hours and pay especially if you're working overtime. I hope they lose all of their contracts and their company is shut down! As it has been stated many times before, it is a terrible place to work and they do not care about their employees!

  Terrible management and worse costumer service definitely. They are doing a lot of bad actions and when I ended up to the unexpected paycheck non of them took responsibility. Even client manager and operation manager including director did not bother to follow up with his team or response to my email. At least they could apologize but nothing except ignoring. And they are schemer a lot hours and deducted pay rate I have never seen this terrible security company and customer service ever, I recommended this security company is terrible and schemer paycheck and hours!
