Since when did parking at the Health dept. require paid parking spots? Supposed to use a kisok to pay I remember in the past coin operated meters in some spots, but now 99% of the spots ask for paid parking.

Spoke with a lady from here that was very nice but when i actually need to speak with her in a timely manner her voice message box is full and the office thats supposed to be open at 8 hasnt even opened until 9:30. Very disappointed, you would think a health department would be better ran.

The ladies that work at the desk in the Allen County Health Department in downtown Lima, Ohio are EXTREMELY rude! Not at the main desk, but at the desk where you order birth/death certificates. I understand that sometimes people can have a bad day, or something in their lives may be stressing them out, but this happens EVERY single time I go in there PLUS- if you're stressed or having a bad day, don't bring your attitude to work! Its not my fault that Chester dumped you last night so don't be a grouch to me!!
