  I wish I could give zero stars. If you have any doubt that you may want to return an item purchased here, then do not shop at Dunkin Diamonds. Yes, it appears plain as day on their website that they accept 30-day returns, but they enjoy tricking people to believe that is the case. In store, you have to notice a small sign on the counter that says no returns and the sales people do not even verbally explain that to you. So after you have purchased an item, you are completely stuck to it because I have called the manager and they will not budge on their policy of no returns. Vons Diamonds in Lima accepts returns for 30 days, Kays accepts for 60 days. This to me is a sign of good customer service. Vons and Kays put customers first. Whereas Dunkins puts their own money-making policy first. I will also add, that when we began to request to speak to a manager, we were lied to by the sales person. She told me that their manager Kim was out of state and won't be able to get back with me. Well, I called the Florida store where she was supposed to be and she was not scheduled to be there for another week. The Lima store sales people put us off multiple times. The end to this story is, they do not care about your buying experience at all. They care about making money. Even if you might find something you like and take it home and keep it, I would not risk choosing Dunkins Diamonds because there is still that chance you need to return it. I never write reviews on google, but felt compelled after how we were treated and I wanted to warn you. You will probably notice their website is still VERY MISLEADING. The manager said she would take my advice and change it to make it clear that the Lima store does not accept returns, but two months have passed and they are still enjoying misleading their customers, and they are most likely still avoiding verbally stating their policy before someone purchases. That just shows you how little they care.

  Maybe it isn't fair to give a review as we ended up not purchasing jewelry here, but might well have provided the sales people were a little more helpful. Yes, the two associates that we spoke with were friendly enough and showed us some of the selection of engagement rings. However, a sale is more likely to be made when the wants of the customer come first. Sure, try to sell up, but within reason. Also, generally people who spend money want to make sure the product is the best that their budget can allow. Snarky remarks about how the price is soooooo great really don't make products fly off of the self. So, I'm enjoying my much superior diamond at a price that was hundreds cheaper. So what if I had to wait a little (which I let them know that I was capable of doing, VERY glad that I did). If the corporate level encourages these sales tactics, I truly feel for the associates because they get hit by this too.

  I just bought my fiancée a ring here, it was such a refreshing experience, people at Kay's were pushy and just trying to take my money and get me out the door- but out of the 4 or 5 jewlers I went to the staff here was the most personable and helpful,
  
  Can't speak to the quality of the ring yet as I haven't received it yet but I have to say the service was great and with the warranties included on the ring I'm not worried about any accidents,
  
  Would recommend!

  My now fiance and I went in and looked at engagement rings. They had a nice selection and I immediately found one I liked. Once I got it it all went well. Until about a month later. The center Stone fell out and they fixed it no problem. But then a few short weeks later the other stones began falling out. This should not have happened. I will never go back again. I am happy with the service but very unhappy with the quality of the jewelry.
