It seems as though the online mapping services are having problems mapping Putnam Parkway just north of the Ottawa-Glandorf Highschool. The new road "Putnam Parkway" even though it has been there for over 5 years is still not on the maps. At this point the overhead satelite view shows that the Educational Service Center complex is being built, but it is finished and is holding the main public library for the town. It is not located on 525 N. Thomas St, in Ottawa OH any longer. To get to the public library, go West from State Route 109 intersection about 1/4 mile on Putnam Parkway, the library is on the right (north side of the road just past the new elementary school (which is also not on the map). It is a beautiful facility.
