I have received care for my hearing for 6 years from Brandon Porter. He is a consummate professional. I couldn’t believe how much I was missing until Brandon gave me back my hearing. He is always courteous and friendly and ready to listen to hearing concerns. From initial assessment to “tweaks” over time he is always ready and willing to help and does so with a pleasant, engaging attitude. Brandon and Melanie are certainly recognized by me and my wife for their acumen behavior towards excellence in both customer service and health relating to hearing deficiencies for their clients. We were treated with total respect and were provided an in depth instructional and informational class on how the inner working of the ears work. And, certainly proved they know how hearing aids, if needed, can be part of a healthier and satisfying life experience. They took the time to answer all questions and never rushed through anything; ensuring that we were truly satisfied with the service. I will go no further than here to look for hearing related assistance. Without a doubt, Gulf Coast Hearing Center is the place to go in Pensacola if you want to have excellent individualized customer care. Both Brandon and Melanie went way beyond of “just doing their jobs”. They were OVER and BEYOND. These two are the epitome of zeal in their attitude, dedication, and character for their ability to provide such a favorable customer service and care. Thank you, Brandon and Melanie.

My husband and I had such a great experience when we came to Gulf Coast hearing. The office surroundings are very warm and welcoming as well as Melanie the A+ receptionist. We were all so very impressed with Brandon Porter as he was so genuine and caring about my husbands hearing needs! I would recommend this company for anyone having hearing difficulties!! They are amazing❤️

Brandon and Melanie became my hearing aid specialist about three years ago. I have had hearing aids for about twenty years. My prior hearing aids by four different companies were not acceptable. I wore them for a short while and threw them in a drawer. They raised the volume but not the clarity of sound. Brandon helped me with a pair of hearing aids I consider to be probably as good as it gets. I worked 42 years as an aircraft mechanic and my hearing will never be Normal again but it is much better than the other hearing aids I have purchased. Thanks Brandon and Melanie for your help.

I have been seeing Brandon as my hearing professional for years and was very satisfied, when he relocated I stayed with the office I had been going to. It didn’t take long for me to see “hear” the major difference, Thankfully I found Brandon again (almost by accident) and I can hear again. He is so concerned that each person be able to hear at their optimum best and takes the time and effort to make it happen. Brandon and Melody are professional and proficient but more importantly they’re kind and trustworthy to help you hear the best you can.
