The fence install was overall a bad experience. First off they screwed up and had to redo some of the fence. On top of it they blatantly cut our sprinkler lines and when we called them to tell them about it they simply said per the contract they are not responsible if they cut your lines. Seems pretty petty and low. Other fence companies don’t act like that.

Will they put in a fence? Yes. Will it be done well? Yes. But the communication was terrible I never knew when they were going to come I called multiple times and they couldn't gibe me a answer because the one person that knew was never there. I would wake up to them working they would never knock and tell me that they were here. They wold assume gate/fence details. They had to come back out and reset posts due to them assuming. I think I would suggest my family to use a different company to use

Misha is a total stud! Did a bang up job on the fence and worked like crazy to get it done in the amount of time I was asking for. Shannon was very easy to get ahold of and always answered questions when I called. The price was totally fair as well. Fence is perfect! Thank you

I am very impressed with this company. Everyone I have talked with has treated me with so much respect. This company has gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs with my fence. Thank you Ken and everyone else that has made this experience so positive. The fence was professionally installed with top quality material, it looks perfect and beautiful! Everyone I encountered in this company has been nice, professional, kind and honest. It was a pleasure doing business with you!

Our fence turned out nice. However, be aware that when you contract with them you agree that they are not liable to damages done to your sprinklers, which we understood going in. They damaged our sprinklers in 5 different spots, and we had to hire a sprinkler company to repair it which cost over $600. When the sprinkler repair company came out, they saw that this fencing company had just cemented over sprinkler heads in our yard, which is just intentional damage and lazy work to me. In all, our fence is nice, but I question their integrity. They should be more cautious when they install, and I feel that they just cemented over sprinkler heads thinking we wouldn’t find out about it. The customer service wasn’t great, they we’re sometimes nice, sometimes really rude.

They were quick to come give a bid. They do adequate work but you have to be willing to wait for it. We had a small (maybe 12 feet) section of fence with a gate to install. It took 4 weeks for them to come out and put in posts and then it will be 2 more weeks for them to finish the install. This was done during summer so I understand they are busy, but for the size we need done it seems to be taking an exceptionally long time.

We are exceptionally happy with our new fence from All American Vinyl. The price was reasonable and the quality of fence is great. The fence was installed without any issues and looks amazing. It really improved the entire look of the property. The installer worked with us on spacing the posts just right so that our gate would be out of the way of a tree that is on the property. He was very friendly and did a great job with the installation.

These guys are great until they get your money! They installed about 350 feet of vinyl fencing for me. During the install they dug up about a dozen irises and threw them in a pile. Luckily I was able to save about half of them. They left plastic and garbage cleanup throughout the job and then after everything was done one of the gates won't open. I contacted them and got tossed around then told it'd be a few weeks before they could come fix it. Still haven't heard anything from them. Extremely disappointed in this company. I've had numerous neighbors, friends etc ask who I went through because it "looks good" and I've had to tell them I'd never recommend this company.

Kent was prompt with his appointment. He made suggestions that saved me a lot of money, which was very appreciated. The work was professional and it was done quickly. I would highly recommend All American Vinyl for any fencing needs or repair work. VERY pleased!!!!

Delfino and Jesus are the team to beat!! Quick, informative install took 10 days start to finish and they even stuck around to give me some pointers on the gates and overall care. Great experience!! I would recommend them anytime.
