  Terrible service. They arrived 2 hours late. Didn’t even acknowledge that they was late. As if people don’t have jobs or people waiting on them to arrive. They couldn’t even install a refrigerator. Left the old refrigerator that needed to be disconnected and took away and told me that the property manager needed to handle it even though they was supposed to do the job and hung up on me.
  
  I didn’t hire these people they was sent to me and I do not suggest to anyone to hire these people to service anyone.

  Tried to buy a few things. The person in the store was busy watching TV and ignored me. Didn't want to answers questions. Kept changing prices. Even left me in store while she went out to smoke. Took 3 tries for delivery. First time I was told they forgot, 2nd they called after delivery time and said they didn't have time. Third day they showed but not with what they told me I bought.

  Great find! I found them through word of mouth and so glad I went in to check them out. Very reasonably priced refurbished appliances. Honest knowledgeable sales people. Purchased a front load washing machine. While delivering it I asked about a dryer that I inherited with the apartment that wasn't working well. He told me what was most likely the problem. I was able to make a couple of changes and now it works like a charm, too. So happy with them I will definitely recommend them and use them again!

  I only gave it a 4 out of 5 because they sell out quickly on appliances. I've purchased a front loading washer and dryer 3 or 4 yrs ago. I had trouble with my washer they replaced it and it's been fine every since. They stand behind their appliances. Good people, reasonable prices. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable appliance.

  Very honest about appliances on sales floor. Talked me out of an appliance that looked good, but steered me in the direction of one that might work better and last longer. You can't ask for any better honesty as a potential buying customer. They are the real deal.
