  First of all Alex did an amazing job. I purchased the vehicle the day before. Alex worked me in his busy schedule the following day. He kept me up to date on his progress all day. I could not be happier.

  I called Alex yesterday and within a day they had me in. Tinted all 4 door windows and the back window and he did an amazing job! I couldn't be happier with the quality of work he does. He made sure that everything was perfect and just the way I wanted it, seriously perfection! Very professional and friendly service, I definitely recommend going here.

  The coustomer service at ALKO is top notch. Was happy to be Alex's first coustomer at the new location. He did an awesome job on my windows definitely recommend ALKO for window tinting.

  I recently had my Ford Expedition tinted at ALKO TINT SHOP in Spokane, and I must say that they truly lived up to their stellar reputation. As the highest rated tint shop in the area, my expectations were quite high, and I'm thrilled to say that they exceeded every one of them.
  
  From the moment I walked into their shop, the staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. They understood my requirements and guided me through the process with utmost patience. It was evident that they genuinely cared about delivering a top-quality Window Tinting job.
  
  One aspect that really impressed me was the speed at which they completed the tinting on my car. Despite having a busy schedule, they managed to finish the job in a timely fashion, ensuring that I didn't have to wait for an extended period. This level of efficiency demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction.
  
  My car's windows look absolutely stunning! The ceramic film I chose, adds a touch of elegance to my car's appearance, keeps my car cooler, which i especially value during hot summer months and adds privacy for my car. They delivered a top quality job with top quality products and the results speak for themselves.   I went to Alex in the fall of 2019 to have my 2009 Outback XT fully tinted in XPEL XR Plus. The install went ok, despite razor blades and tint scraps being left on the floor my car. The problems started when the tint started lifting from the "dot matrix" (border of black dots around the windshield). Instead of redoing the job correctly, Alex opted to squirt glue along the edges. This worked, somewhat, for a time, but I could tell Alex only wanted to do a quick fix, he refused to redo the installation.
  
  I moved to Arizona shortly after and ripped some of the tint in the move. In 2021 I wanted to get that fixed as well as getting borders of the windshield fixed finally. The problem was Alex never gave me any certificates of purchase for my tint, meaning I have no warranty. I went back and forth with Alex and the owner of the shop I was going to in AZ. Alex told me he sent the certificates to the new shop (he did not, there are no certificates, he's a liar).
  
  This review has been a long time coming. The reason I am writing it now is I just had my window broken and will have to get the tint replaced but will have no certificate to show insurance.
  
  I paid $1000 cash and Alex never provided me any certificates for my tint, leaving me without a warranty. He didn't fix the work when his installation didn't work. He lied about sending the certificates for my tint or even having them.
