  Went there Saturday for the first time with my daughter the guy that was at the front who has shoes too big for his feet who sat us was rude, has no customer service, as we was looking at the menu at our take he practically throws the bread basket on top of our menu and the water actually on the menu. Our waiter was very nice, polite and has great customer service skills. We ordered our food every thing was good except the fries, cooked too fast that they were raw inside. Will probably give this place one more chance. Owner needs to speak to the guys who seats the customers about his mannerisms and rudeness

  The restaurant has a high end feel in the main dining room with the decor and the person who brings you drinks is separate from your waiter. The parking lot was full in the front so when I walked in I was pleasantly surprised to find no wait for a table!
  
  The staff was pleasant however not terribly attentive. Our drinks were empty for most of the meal and no one came to check on us.
  
  The sourdough bread was tasty with the dipping oil. I only wish it was brought with a bit more oil.
  
  Our meals came out pretty quickly and were nicely presented. I got the fettuccine Alfredo which was good. Just expect a bit of a different twist, it's very garlicky and something else I can't quite put my finger on. My husband got the chicken and it was very tender.
  
  The desserts were very tasty. My husband liked the strawberry shortcake and I liked the fried ice cream ball. My son was very excited to share the ice cream ball with me however he had an allergy to the cereal the ice cream is rolled in. So our waitress nicely got him an ice cream cup and he was very happy.
  
  All in all a nice family friend Italian restaurant and when I'm visiting our friends I would plan on having dinner here again.

  Been here a few times it is a nice Italian restaurant. Last time my wife and I where here spent $60 including tips and drinks which is not bad. Atmosphere is a little nice, clean, and classy but by no means need to dress up to go out. If you want to take a date out and want someplace nice and is local I recommend this place. It was very busy on Saturday night recommend having a reservation during busier times as it is not a huge place. They have bar/hitop seating on one side and the other is the dining room. We both enjoyed our meals very much and had leftovers. I would recommend this place.

  We booked this restaurant to celebrate my sons 25th birthday. When I made the reservation under the special request I wrote that it was a birthday celebration. When we arrived I told the waiter that it was his birthday and asked for them to bring him his favorite dessert so we could celebrate. They never brought it out and that was a big disappointment.
  
  Drinks: took a very long time to get to our table. But over all tasted good. While waiting for our drinks the waiter didn’t come to our table at all to ask if we wanted anything like an appetizer. They gave us water to start and forgot to pour water for 2 out of the 6 people on the table.
  
  Appetizers: We each got a different appetizer and mine was the quahog it tasted like pure stuffing(bread) the worst I’ve ever had.
  
  Entrée: Everyone was okay with their entrees besides the mashed potatoes (no flavor just sweet)
  
  Over all experience. We will probably never return.
  The Waiter should check on their table more often and Smile more. Everyone in our party was saying ” He must of be having a bad day. “

  Had a great dinner at La Familia where there was both indoor and outdoor seating available. Happy to see the nearby Bog Iron Brewing on draft. Ordered the chicken Sorrentino, and I was able to substitute the pasta with veggies (green beans, carrots, onions) which was great and essentially turned it into a ratatouille. My partner ordered the chipotle maple glazed salmon with double veggies, both meals were cooked very well and had amazing flavor! The complimentary bread was delicious. I do wish there were more healthier options, but I was please to be able to alter my meal to add more vegetables--I chose one of the chickens dishes which was not breaded and/or pan fried and it was mentioned to be topped with eggplant; however, the eggplant was fried which I was not expecting.
  
  All of the staff we spoke were were incredibly friendly. The restaurant itself was very clean as well as the bathrooms and had a chill atmosphere. Due to supply shortage, there were some up charges on certain food items listed both at the door and at the tables. The seasonal specials all sounded delicious. Can't wait to return to try other offerings. Small parking lot in the front and it was mentioned to me there may be additional parking in rear.
