They only care about the money, not your pet. The office manager is a nightmare and prevented my dog from getting care on more than one occasion.
Blocking the vets prescription from being filled online after refusing to order the medication because he'd have to order "too much of it".

After I posted a previous review I received an email stating their reputation is more important than my business, telling me I cannot return.

The staff here are knowledgeable and kind. They worked with my son and daughter-in-law when their dog was very sick. Now I bring my service dog to them, they were able to get his severe allergies under control without using any harmful drugs.

They are wonderful with my dog that i rescued. She has health issues and they are wonderful at giving my treatment plan options. They have done two surgeries on my Pup and i am very pleased with the service and facility.

Charlie has been coming here since he was a pup. They take good care of him and their prices are reasonable. They take a holistic approach which is appreciated. They now have digital medical records which is better for both pets and vets. They even have a patient portal via web or mobile app. This is a good as it gets for Charlie.

We were lucky enough to adopt a beautiful rescue dog from The Pet Rescue Center. She spent 4 months in recovery after being hit by two cars. We take her to Alicia Pet Care for all her check ups, teeth cleanings and we board her there when we travel. She is always so excited to go to the Vet! Everyone at Alicia Pet Care Center is amazing! They treat the animals with such care and kindness. Our baby is healthy and happy and loves to go to the Vet! We are so lucky To have found this place!

Charlie has been coming here since he was a pup. They take good care of him and their prices are reasonable. They take a holistic approach which is appreciated. The only knock is they keep paper records instead of using a computer. So I have found that I needed to clarify at times because the vet could not scan the file thoroughly for information they already have (because it is paper based.)
