Employees here are incompetent and a bit unsanitary. Got hot chocolate and the girl licked her fingers from what she spilled all over the cup. When she was done, she just placed the hot chocolate in the counter and didn't say a word if it was ours or not and then walked away. Hot chocolate was good though.

This is the first review I have ever written which is saying a lot. We ordered the house quiche and breakfast croissant to go. This was the best quiche and croissant we have ever eaten here in The United States and abroad which is saying a lot. I have travelled all over Europe many times and lived all over the United States from Los Angeles to New York, Miami and Nashville. The quality and attention to detail is why you visit a restaurant. The service is what keeps you coming back and loyal. I just moved here from Nashville and Dennis had not only the best food but also the best manners. He was so appreciative of my business and even walked me out the door. Dennis is a class act with first class food.

Tastes ok but for the price, I think there are better bakeries. Maybe it's because we came in the afternoon and pastries were not fresh. We got the mini eclair, white chocolate cookie, and pistachio croissant. Service was great but pastries were not my favorite. May try the bread if I want to try this place again.

Loved their staff who was ready to humbly and promptly answer my questions about the ingredients of breads that they had as we don't eat eggs. Got white bread loaf, it was super soft and delicious. Will ditch store bread forever for Alice bread!!

Excellent food, beautiful presentation, service well meaning but inexperienced. If you are planning a lunch here in a weekday, either arrive earlier than the lunch crowd And/or plan a minimum of 90 min. Wait staff are very pleasant and well meaning but inexperienced and inefficient. I'd like to say this is just a one experience issue But I have visited several times a year, for several years and always had the same experience.
Not a place to go if you are tight on time. But worth the visit if you do have time: quaint, exceptional food, generous portions, great food presentation, good value for price.response / report this review -

My 1st time here & it's AMAZING!!! The muffins have REAL fruit in them and they are super moist, my toddlers devoured them. The chocolate croissant is x100 times better than any I've ever had.. and the customer service is perfection, it was so nice to be able to ask questions and not feel rushed. we got a variety box of 6 cupcakes for dessert tonight and I have no doubt they will be super yummy.

Fantastic food! Everything I've had there is delicious. I've had lunch there a few times and it's always good. Their croissants are probably the best I've ever had.
