The two gentlemen who did the work were knowledgeable, careful, and fast. They dealt well with a pair of old (1984) velox skylight windows that they hadn't seen before. They cleaned up after the work and were pleasant.

I could give a zero, I would. Not only did they get the part wrong, they also had the wrong phone number for me. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it was not ready because they had ordered the wrong part and had been "trying" to get ahold of me all day. It was going to take them 4 additional business days to get the right piece of glass. They offered me nothing for this inconvenience. Needless to say, I took my car with me that day and took my business elsewhere. This is what I get for trying to give a small, local business my money instead of a big business from the start.
