I have just finished booking a tour of the Grand Canyon with a wonderfully helpful person, Julia. The phone call came about because I had had trouble with an internet reservation. The call back was a pleasant surprise.
Our first bookings with Alcatraz were to Alcatraz Island and then a wine tour out of San Francisco. We had never been on planned tours before and were surprised at how much we enjoyed them. The drivers were fun and really knew the stories and we saw much more than if we had gone on our own.
When I found out I was again booking with Alcatraz I am now confident we will enjoy our trip, that it will be well organized, on time and informative. Thank you

Do not buy from them. We grossly overpaid for two tickets on the General Jackson Dinner Cruise (which was terrific). Can buy for significantly less directly from the company or through hotel concierge.
