  I would highly recommend Gary Cox if you’re looking to buy or sell your home! I have bought and sold numerous homes in my life but we have never had a realtor like him. He’s professional hard working and so helpful in so many ways. Thank you Gary!

  I've been using self proclaimed "King Gary" for 10 years for Real Estate in Anchorage, AK, closing three deals with him in 2022 alone. All of the deals were fixer upper equity builders priced well below market. A decade ago I went through several realtors trying to get my first deal locked up when I happened upon Gary who found me a better deal. Don't let the crown and Hawaiian shirt throw you this guy is knowledgeable on buildings, business and everything else associated with real estate. He is incredibly responsive and has the resources to get hot deals done quickly. He's never pushed me to buy outside of my budget or priorities and never asked for exclusivity. 2022 was a rough market for buyers and I ended up with three great deals because Gary responded within minutes no matter if it was 8:00 at night, weekends, or holidays he'd get us in and get it under contract immediately.   We just completed a rather atypical owner-financed sale handled by the Alaska Real Estate King and his staff. The process could not have been more pleasurable. Gary, Mike and the team were prompt, professional and creative. My husband and I highly recommend them to handle all aspects of your home sale!

  Gary Cox et al has been a critical part of what it takes to market to closure our family home in Anchorage. He has been consumately fair and always communicatively accessible despite the constraints of a lack of cell and internet service where we are located some 400 miles due north of Anchorage on the other side of Denali.
  Our family had owned the house in Anchorage since 1963 and we were admittedly ignorant and woefully unprepared for the many obstacles inherent in selling a 60 year old home in Anchorage. Gary and his team made it all happen. We are immeasurably grateful. Thank you, Gary!
