Let me begin by letting you all know that if anyone has anything bad to say about Reuben Houston at Colma Cremations & Funerals, it is only because you are having a hard time with the way things might be going for you. Reuben was the only place that actually had a heart beat. After my sister's devastating, sudden passing Rueben made sure he gave our family every options that would help us financially that would work for us. He not only gave his condolences he went all out and beyond helping my family with respect and professionalism. He even helps after hours which we needed because we had so many questions. His staffs were thoughtful also. I highly recommend you speak with Sir Reuben Houston before going elsewhere. God Bless him and his wonderful staff's. I can not thank you enough.🕊

I was a little concerned when I heard Colma Cremation was sold as we were pleased with the previous owners. However, I was very happy with the new owners. Very professional and I had a great time meeting all the staff. Thank you for all you do. Marion Bellan

Colma Cremation and Funeral Services has been by far the best in helping my family and I arrange the burial of my grandmother. The process itself was incredibly smooth and a lot simpler than previous experiences with other similar services. Tilda was incredibly kind and professional in handling both the paperwork as well as any of the questions we may have had. Reuben was an absolute sweetheart who was incredibly compassionate and empathetic about the entire process. Everyone did their best to make sure that the process was as easy as possible for us while accommodating for all our needs, and it didn't feel like they were trying to wring every red penny from us at all (not that they did, of course).

We used Colma Cremation and Funeral Services twice in the past year. Obviously as difficult time emotionally. They were incredibly helpful and professional and responsive and supportive and friendly. Every step of the way was made easy. I also want to say that their prices were very competitive and less that the 2-3 others I called.
