We found Rochester Cremation through the nurses at Strong Palliative Care center.
We are very, very pleased with the services you have provided to our family.
Everything was handled respectfully and efficiently and professionally.
You couldn't have done more. We are so grateful and have already spoken to friends about who you are and what a wonderful service you provide.
Andrew was absolutely great in how he presented everything and in the kind way he treated us all

At a time when emotions are high and the situation can be overwhelming, it is both calming and reassuring to have the caring professionals at Rochester Cremation working with you. My aged father died in a hospital setting. The hospital was less than compassionate in the steps taken for my father's remains. When I called Andrew at Rochester Cremation, he was professional and made me feel like he actually cared about my father. When I could not get an answer from the hospital staff, Andrew called me and said, "We have your father in our care." That one statement eased my anxiety and made me feel that Dad was cared for at this final moment. Andrew reached out step by step with care and compassion. This was my second experience with Rochester Cremation. The first was when my mother passed 4.5 years ago. The consistency of care and professionalism is amazing for a cost effect, efficient process. Thank you.

Thank you Rochester Cremation in helping with making things easier and drama free while I could mourn my mother. Matt was absolutely amazing during our entire journey from mom leaving us, to her coming back home. He's such a beautiful person and loves helping people feel comfortable in such a sad time. Our process with them was straight and to the point, which allowed for me to focus on more important things. Thank you, Rochester Cremation, for your help and care.

Andrew was very kind, personable, caring and very easy to work with. He was very accommodating to our needs. The menu of options is very helpful to meet individual family's needs, and it's great to have a more cost effective way to honor your loved ones. We certainly appreciate the wonderful service provided to our family during our grieving.

My wife's cancer took her from us in a rapid sequence of setbacks, late this March. What was expected to be hospice-at-home suddenly turned into a few short days at a local hospice facility.
The hospice facility staff themselves recommended that I call Scott for our personal and financial circumstances, and it was just another piece of the wonderful treatment we received while in hospice. What I had expected to be a terrifying process became a brief 10 minute telephone call with Scott to set things up. Scott was kind, compassionate, and professional, as I had been told to expect.
Ultimately, Andrew from the Henrietta location was the agent who I worked with, and he was outstanding. Sensitive to my own circumstance, he kept our process simple, respectful, and no-nonsense precisely what was needed for our family.
Our family's needs were very simple and straightforward, and I must point out that there was never any sensation of 'up-sell pressure'. Andrew answered every question kindly, and was a blessing to help me through this process. His service was courteous, professional, and thoughtful.
There is absolutely zero doubt that, as I consider plans for my own future, I will definitely be reaching back out to Andrew for planning, etc.
I certainly recommend to anyone that they contact Scott & Pamela's team at Rochester Cremation, and especially Andrew.
