Alaska airline is my favorite domestic airline. They are usually on time and offer somewhat more comfortable seats than other airlines. Service can be a hit or miss depending on who is helping that day. I wish they offer Alaska amber since they are an Alaska-based company. The beer is IPA or Pale ale. I can not drink both due to allergies.
As for food probably one of the best of all domestic airlines.
I like their text customer assistance feature.
Overall Alaska airline is one of my favorite airlines to fly with. Wish they offer service to the Caribbean. I have to fly with AA or Jetblue every time heading to the Caribbean and honestly I dislike them both.
Look forward to having Alaska Airlines add the Caribbean to their destinations!

This might sound like I’m a cheerleader for Alaska Airlines as it should because I am in awe of this amazing airline. I have flown the rest and now won’t settle for anything less than the best for my flight needs. The reservations, flight attendants and pilots are always helpful and friendly. I can’t wait to fly again soon!

If you’re going to fly this airline, first class is definitely the way to go (sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t - depending on availability & pricing). Otherwise, and even in row six, you will be at the mercy of “Headmaster Potty Patrol.” Which could be an issue if you’re an elderly, disabled man…

The crew member in the picture here is probably the most unkind airline staff member I’ve ever encountered. She denied a disabled gentleman sitting next to me access to the forward lavatory (even though it was empty). He was told to go to the rear & that’s a herculean jaunt for him. I suggested next time he use his cane (he stood without it in flight) to “visually” assist the crew in identifying his need.

On this flight Wendy took care of our cabin & provided good service along w aiding a passenger behind me with an in-flight medical emergency. (The Paramedics assisted that passenger with deplaning first, as it should be & overall, crew handled the emergency well.)

However, no communication re: baggage claim pick up carousel number ended up making the end of this trip even more brutal. After walking back & forth 4 times from carousel 10 to 16 as directed (flight 1107) I was so done, in my exhausted, agitated state, grabbed a suitcase (that was exactly the same as mine - but not - my fault). Let’s get the baggage claim monitor updates done timely. And please, mean Headmaster, do all of us a solid & retire. 🙏🏻

Alaska Airlines is our Go-To airline in the US. It has amazing staff and wonderful service. They take a exceptionally good care of their frequent flyers. Loyalty does come with perks and this airline earns that loyalty. in this crazy travel summer it is nice to have an airline that still delivers.

Their MVP program is decent if you use SeaTac or Anchorage often. Lounges are stocked and the same meal schedules on both coasts on the same day, even with supply issues in 2022. Ground and Air Staff has always been amazing, despite the challenging business environment and a Real serious disconnection from Management. I hope the CEO can fix things soon or fund another Airline to make videos about. Very tasteless and brazen example of job expectation disparity between two Real Social Classes at Alaska Air. People that make the planes fly and work With customer are awesome, Management will get a different review and hopefully they realize the impact of their decisions when Real Families depend on them. They're paid exhorbantly to make decisions to reduce the working employees benefits, during a pandemic, disgusting behavior to say the least. Just like those Turkey's at Harvard, scary when you find out the truth about how they sleep!
