  The manager here, Jose is very rude and aggressive. We had a very bad experience. He ruined our final days of our honeymoon. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.

  I rented a car from here and is soon as I got off the property a wheel fell off but they wouldn't let me get a new wheel so I had to push the card to the nearest mechanic which was 4 miles away I'm very disappointed

  Worst rental company ive ever had to deal with! First they gave us a broke car. We called they said no problem and they would reserve a car for us in Key West. We get to the alamo in keywest, they guy at the counter gives us a real had time saying that no one called him and he was being really arrogant about the whole situation. He said, "didn't you see outside my lots empty." The only one we could take was a smaller car. With three people and a lot of luggage we didnt want to go from a midsize sedan to a compact car. Not only did we lose a good hour of our vacation but now we have to figure out how to get another car. They said they could send down a car from Miami but it would be nice to have it now. Cause our current car definitely won't make the trip back. Overall bad car inspection and bad service. Not happy!

  Fast checkin and out. Cars are well maintained. Good value for your buck. Must take shuttle to airport but it's free and easy.

  Rent a car in Key West, for a daytrip head north. Don' t miss Calusa Beach on your right and make sure you' re on your way back when the sun slowly sets. Key West at its best!

  We visited this place twice on our trip. The same guy waited on us, I cannot remember his name, but it started with a D I believe. He was great! Very nice even though he was super busy with a long line of customers. He answered all our questions efficiently and we got everything we wanted. You have a pretty good selection of cars despite such a small lot.

  Everything went as planned. The car was ready when I arrived and the staff was courteous. Dropping off was quick and there were no surprises on the invoice.
