What can I say about Alamo cycle Plex.
It's a nice small dealership. Homey on the outside and packed full of nice machines.
It's the parts department I have to give praise to, I brought in a battery that died.
I believe his name is Jeremy and he was working alone, but he greeted me as soon as I got into the parts area, even while working with customers.
He showed me options and even charged my battery overnight! I will be back to do business with them for my Honda!

Jonathon, in parts, was very helpful. He went step-by-step to insure I got a proper fitting helmet. Prices and discounts are fantastic. Signing up for emails is a MUST! I expect and rexeive excellent service to my satisfaction, as always provided.

I usually mount my own tires but lately I have no to little time. Well those guys wanted to charge me 350 bucks Ok I understand you don't want to mount tires that were not bought in your store. You can mark the mounting up for sure. But come on 350 bucks. You did not sell the mounting and will not sell anything else to me. Previous experiences were always good, that's why it is not a 1 star.

A BIG Thanks to Tom (Pop) and Stephanie for all their help last week. Great bang for my buck and customer service was over the top in knowledge, friendliness, professionalism, and overall a Warm Fuzzy Feeling. I'm looking forward to getting the other wireless component in to be able to hook up my HAM radio to the bluetooth headset.

Seems to be a very relaxed place. Sales guys were good at talking without being pushy. I went for service but hung around and they were all nice. I was billed for 2.1 hours to do the tire which seemed like a like a lot but I came in with no appointment and was there a long time. So I'm not going to complain about the time since I was squeezed in and they did a good job.

I have purchased several vehicles from this company and each experience was positive. I have brought in two vehicles for warranty work and received exceptional service. The service department here is very busy so expect to leave your vehicle for about a week just to get a diagnosis

My wife and I came here to test Drive a slingshot. I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff because the persons that I spoke with did not seem at all enthusiastic about my request, and the person who came out with the helmets made me feel like I was being an inconvenience. I felt surprised, because even though it's been a couple of years since I have done business here, I have normally experienced pleasent service both in the sales and service department.

On another note, I would not buy a vehicle unless my wife was allowed to experience the test ride with me. Good service or not, we would not buy a slingshot just for that reason. My request for my wife and I to experience the test ride together was denied. I am sure that there are rules and liability issues in place, but I've been driving since the 80s, I have insurance, and I know how to handle a stick. It's unfortunate.

Good prices and service. This is the 4th bike I've bought from Alamo Cycle Plex and for good reason. This shop likes to sell motorcycles! They work with the customer and have a fair sense of give and take in the buying experience. Every business needs to make a profit to keep the doors open but these guys don't try to scalp you to do it! I recommend going to them first!

Motorcycles are great! But the finance teamnot so great. They didn't want to finance the bike I wanted (cheaper) but then basically forced me to finance a (more expensive) bike. Took a whole week to get anything done and never called back.

Great experience overall! They definitely took care of me considering this was my first motorcycle purchase. I left feeling like I got a great deal and friendly service. I asked to test ride a motorcycle and only rode it back and forth twice but they still didn't complain when I returned it so quickly. I will more than likely be purchasing my next motorcycle from them! I've been having loads of fun on my new Kawasaki!
