I had my motor rebuilt for the second time at Christmas time was told they wouldn't warrantee it if I didn't clean the carburetor so I had them do it. When I picked up sled it was stalling and running rough, brought to another snowmobile repair shop when he took apart the carburetor wasn't just done .Spoke with Denise kept giving exuses and had no interest in helping me. They obviously don't stand by their work, with such a short season how many times should I have to get a repair done right? I will definitely be finding somewhere else for my snowmobile needs.
They're very pleasant and experience and are willing to help you with any questions it is a great place to go to
I ordered a snowmobile seat cover, was sent one that didn't fit. Denise, part owner, had no interest in making it right & hung up on me for no reason. Al's snowmobile does not back their products or practice customer service. I called the manufacturer & they're not happy about this incident & are more then willing to resolve the issue. Dennis & Kirk will be getting all my future business.
Best people and they stand by the sleds they .Cant wait to buy my six sled This week
Wonderful service and amazing prices!
GOOD price's and good people
Put an order in for new wheels for my track. Billed me and the order never arrived because they did not ship items! Then I called wondering where is my stuff then 3 weeks later wrong order shows up.
So I again explain sled is appart and cannot be used unless I have correct parts. They order parts I drive 4 hours to the store to pickup the parts and the guy looks at me and tells me they again sent different parts!!! Are you kidding me! Unable to use snowmobile.
Beyond beautiful and amazingly friendly. Everyone should visit at least once. :)

Bucket List for my Husband. Mapquest did not do us any favors follow the signs go past where the pavement ends We traveled 525 miles to get there.. (from Delaware) Saw a Moose Got the parts we needed with super friendly service. THEN we let them know 30 minutes before they closed that we did not have a place to stay and then they recommended that we stay at the Derby Line Inn.. 1/10 a mile away from the Border to Canada. Romantic! Elegant and the Food was Austrian Cuisine! Wowed us to the extreme. Well worth the Adventure and yes, we got the T-Shirt. 10 Star rating. The wife.
