I purchased a 2017 Ford Fusion and I love it! The staff was super friendly. The salesman was really nice and always made sure if we were okay when waiting for the paperwork. Overall, I really like the dealership!

My salesman Hank Reyes was the best. Very professional, he even picked me up at the end of the bus line. He didn't try to get me in a different car. He made it possible to drive home in my car of my dreams. Also Jerry the finance man was great. A real professional and knows his stuff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Very happy with the Service. It was my first time at this dealer, as soon as some one saw me start looking at a truck a very polite gentleman asked me if someone was helping me, luckily my co worker had recommended me to someone already. .I strongly recommend the sales person Tom O'Neil. He answer all my questions, once the deal was done he show me all the features with my Ford F-150. He gave me & showed me all the different options I had. I strongly recommencement APM.

Bought a car here, everything good for getting the car. But hopefully you don't need to use their service center. I got their best warranty on my car, and my car broke the front left axle which is something quick to change, but still my car is on the shop for 6 days. They had to get me a rental, and said my car would be done no later than today, now I just called the service center to see what time the car would be ready and they keep making excuses saying the car will be ready tomorrow and my warranty covers only 5 days of rental and I am on my own after that. It's crazy, the amount of time they're taking to do a simple job

Excellent!! I purchased 2 vehicles in the last 2 years, Al Piemonte Ford is awesome! There honest and very knowledgeable of there vehicles! They don't just sell you a car they take as much time as it takes to put you in a vehicle that fits your needs! The best way I rate Al Piemonte Ford you enter as a stranger and leave like your a family member! Matt in sales and Mark in financing are a credit to Al Piemonte Ford along with the service department! I highly recommend Al Piemonte Ford

Salesman was great and allowed us to take our time, let us check the van over thoroughly and was very accommodating. The van we bought did not require any detailing so they detailed our car that we drove there since it was covered in salt. Who has that kind of customer service???!! The purchasing of this van was fun and even though it was not a high dollar vehicle all the guys we worked with treated us like we were a top customer!!

One of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership. Matt S in sales is a really nice guy and just made our experience great, brought us savings without us even asking for them. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car without a headache.

Have bought many cars here because of Henry R. He has been a great salesman. He has become like family. Not the typical pushy salesman. He helps through the whole process to make sure you know what is going on and gets you in the car you want! Just bought 2 cars from him last week! Thanks Henry!

I am 65-years-old and Al Piemonte Ford was the absolute BEST car-buying experience of my entire life. Being "treated like family" has become somewhat cliché in advertising, but at Al Piemonte Ford I felt like I REALLY was treated like family. Every one on the staff with whom I worked, including RJ, GM Chuck, and salesman "Rocket" went out of their way to help and accommodate me. I am not exactly the "poster guy" for good credit scores, but RJ got me a great rate with a name brand bank. I couldn't be happier, and would recommend this dealership to ANYBODY in the market for a new or used vehicle. You won't go wrong and I guarantee you will have to look no further once you see how you will be treated.

This is my 3rd car from AP. My experience is usually ok but this time my car buying experience was phenomenal. My sales guy name was Daniel and he was very helpful and friendly. He walked me through the process and explained everything, sometimes over and over. I had a trade in that i owed quite a bit on but I got a good price for my trade and got out of there!

I just bought my first brand new car from Al Piemonte Ford and I could not be happier with the services, experience, and the car itself. My salesman was Lanell Gray and he was excellent. He told me everything I needed to know and did a great job respectfully negotiating with me.
Our sales consultant was Francisco Mercado and he too, was fantastic. He helped me out with every bit of setup with the Ford Sync, he was awesome when he explained every detail of the car. He was all around just a great sales consultant to deal with.
I could not be happier that I chose to buy my first new car from Al Piemonte Ford. 10/10 guys, great job!
