It was legit. Clean, bright, and odor free rooms. Management was a little nosey, and at one point they threatened to "terminate our stay early" because my extended family from around the area used my hotel room as a gathering place to meet before we went out for dinner. Said they were "unauthorized guests" and that apparently the 15 minutes they were there visiting required more of my money, or it just wasn't allowed. I won't be staying there again.

Centrally located in downtown Port Angeles, Aircrest is the cheapest of the cheap. It mainly offers a cheap place to house low income people and drug addicts. Unless you fit into this category, stay somewhere else.

We were blown away, what looked like a grungy old motel. Was actually extremely nice on the inside and affordable! Really nice, really clean rooms!

We needed a room close to the hospital. Rooms are very clean. You can tell the staff takes care of the whole hotel. Price was surprisingly low. Very quite even with people checking in late.

Clean, basic hotel. I was happily surprised that it was clean. However, they failed to tell me that there is a night club in the back of the hotel. (The Cherry Bomb), which played music until the wee hours of the morning. I called to complain and she said that no one else had complained. So I guess my complaint was unjustified? For $200.00 a night, it wasn't worth it. This is my first hotel review ever.

A few upgrades were made in the guest rooms such as more modern comforter/bed covers, fabric curtains, as well as what seemed to be preatty new air conditioning/heating units. Bathrooms are EXTREMELY space limited, to the point of having to lean over the toilet in order to shut the bathroom door behind you. Overall clean , except for multiple hairs remaining on/under the toilet seat from previous guests even though the previously cleaned and inspected notification paper strip was still present.
Tip: make sure the warmer/cooler knob located on the back of the mini fridge is turned up as soon as you are checked in (i didn't realise mine wasn't on what so ever till the early hours of the morning when I noticed all of my food being luke warm)

The police came to various rooms throughout the night because of fighting. People were loud and obnoxious.

After a small snafu on keycards to get in the room and a quick tv swap everything was just fine. Excellent customer service, clean rooms newer furnishings, good location, was honestly surprised with the quality of service and accomodations based on the info listed through the internet. Thank you Aircrest Motel. We would stay there again.
