  We hired A.I.R. Kitchen & Bath Center to remodel our entire master bath. Overall, we were very pleased with all aspects of the job. Emmanuel and Arlene were great to work with and all of their sub-contractors were extremely prompt, friendly and professional. We've worked with several contractors through the years and thought it was amazing that Emmanuel stopped in everyday to direct the sub-contractors and make sure the job was progressing as planned.very efficient! Although I did give a 5 star rating, there were a couple of miscommunications related to making changes post-contract. We worked it out, the work was completed to our satisfaction and the job was finished right on time. We were extremely pleased with the overall experience and love our new bathroom. We would definitely work with them again.

  I can not say enough great things about Emmanuel's attentiveness. I thought I was an annoying customer because I was constantly messaging him as I remembered new details but surprisingly, he always responded at all hours. At a point I had to ask him if he sleeps because he always answer his phone. He is very respectful to your wishes, along with his great team. This is the right man for your job for sure! I hope to work with him again very soon!

  Emmanuel built us a kitchenette in our basement. While we are happy with the final product and appreciate that we were able to find a contractor during this time, we have to also mention that this process was not the best experience. There would be weeks where we would call and text Emmanuel about status updates, updates on parts coming in, and wondering when his team would be back over to complete the job, but we would receive no response at all. This was very concerning. We would also be informed that him or someone else would be coming to our house on a specific day, but no one would show up. My partner and I have extremely busy schedules and we weren't even living in the house at that time so this was a huge inconvenience for us. While I understand businesses are busy, communication is something that has to be improved.

  Emmanuel who owns Atlanta Intercontinental remodeled our entire Kitchen. He was very responsive and managed his subcontractors extremely well. The subcontractors that he used did high quality work. Emmanuel was on site whenever work was being performed to ensure that the work was being done correctly and to our satisfaction. The remodeling was complete ahead of schedule and on budget and we are thrilled with our new kitchen. We would highly recommend Atlanta Intercontinental and we intend to engage his services in the future for other projects.

  Emmanuel and his team are very professional. They redid 2.5 baths for us and several other punch list items including floor repair for us. Timely, responsive and respectful.
