I had a Dewalt drill that had the gears or something stripped out. Covered under warranty Air Hydraulic was the closest authorized service to me. Dropped off the drill and was told that it could take a month to be repaired mostly because any part or replacement tool would have to be received from Dewalt. Cannot live without the drill so bought a back up and by the time I did the broken drill had been repaired. AHES left a message and frankly I forgot about it for a month. They were very nice and had no problem finding my drill even though I had long ago lost the claim ticket. Overall very pleased with the service. Location is a little convoluted getting to with GPS and the business itself needs cleaning up which is why it lost a star. Otherwise I wouldn't hesitate taking a small engine or appliance repair to them.

Had them rebuild a pair of high end rams off a hydraulic swim platform off of a yacht pick them up and they didn’t tell me anything about the pitting in the Rams they rebuilt them anyways charge good money to rebuild them went back to ask him why they didn’t tell me he gave me a bunch of excuses and told me to get lost very poor customer service I would recommend anybody going there
