  I stopped in looking for tires while a couple thousand miles from home. The gentleman in the service department was unable to obtain the tires today, but he made multiple phone calls until he found a place that had them. I am very grateful.

  I initially posted a good review. I'm downgrading based on this dealership's lack of concern and response to a windshield issue on a "certitied" used car. I will say they are pretty good at being dismissive on this issue.

  Tonight i had a little battery emergency. Garage doors already closed. Joel got ahold of service person and next thing i know Oscar is in the back getting a new battery. Matt the mechanic was awesome. He even said he set the clock.
  You all take such good care of Oscar and me in panic mode. I am sorry i cant remember the service manager name. Always helpful. Thank you again

  Long time customer. Always a positive experience. Prompt and properly completed service. I did all my own car maintenance for 50+ years so I know mistakes and sloppy work when I see it. Never a problem at Price Ford.

  Three days ago we purchased a used Ford Certified 2013 F-150 with 31,000 miles, for our business. Rob White, our salesman, was pleasant, informative, not pushy and I think he helped us pick out the best truck for the situation we were trying to fill. Because we intended to purchase a new truck, the switch to the used certified was a bit of a leap in faith. Before committing to buying the truck , I did a quick search on my phone, while at the dealer and felt confident in the price we were negotiating for. Upon returning home, I did a more thorough search on the internet and I am happy to say, I am still pleased. This is the second truck I have purchased from Price Ford and both experiences have been pleasant. The only negative experience I have had with Price Ford, is when they have the traveling salespeople. Because we have teenage drivers, it seems I spend to much time looking at autos and two time I have encountered the traveling circus of salespeople at Price. I would recommend staying away during these events.

  I had excellent service. They kept me up to date while my truck was being built on what its status was, and they were easy to speak with. There was really zero sales pressure that you often see other places. I would highly recommend!!

  They took great care of me-- fast turn around and I had a budget which they respected. I was a walk-in and everything went smooth. I even had a good cup of freshly brewed free coffee while I waited!

  I had been shopping on the internet for some time and had already determined a fair price for the Fusion Hybrid that I wanted. Sales person, Garrett was very professional and was able to give me advice on financing and other options. Dean, in the business department, was also helpful. I can't think of anything that would have improved the process.
