I bought a brand new unit for some property that I have in Thomasville, which is where I grew up. I bought it because I was told, "we'll just have to keep coming out here if you don't". I spent over $3,000 on that unit. Since then, they've been out 4 times and charged me $85 an hour, plus parts to "fix" this brand new unit. Granted, once was just for them to ride out and tell me to call an electrician, but they charged me $112 for that. My tenant said that they were there for 10 minutes at most. This unit has a warranty on it, and my tenant asked them why we keep getting charged for working on a brand new unit! The reply from the manager was, "Oh, well, we shouldn't have charged you for some of the past work, so we'll give you some credit for this next job." HA! You know what that credit was? Instead of $85 an hour, they charged me $65 as a "courtesy" for yet ANOTHER major part failure. This last bill for them to replace the evaporator coil on their brand new unit was $571.28. I read these other comments talking about how good they are and how much they care, but if you live out of town, prepare for a real screwing. Clearly my warranty means jack squat, and my brand new unit mysteriously needs major work at LEAST twice a year, and it's only 2 years old now. I've spent over $1000 more dollars since I bought it from them. I won't be using them anymore.

The temperature dropped and my unit had frozen up due to bad timer that needed replacing. The service to the unit was incredibly prompt and helpful. I really appreciated their customer service call to me. In every way they are superb and kept my home a comfortable temperature.

ACTS and its service technicians did an exceptional job in every area. There were very careful to be clean in their work and very polite in their manner. We were very pleased with the overall experience. I wish we would have done this 10 years ago!

The entire team at ACTS has been wonderful. The technicians were able to explain everything every step of the way. He gave us several options which would meet our needs. I like the way he gave us the pros and cons and the cost over time, because of the expectional service I have really enjoyed working with ACTS.
