Air Allergen charged me an enormous amount of money for testing in Fall 2022 & despite several attempts to get the actual results including texting Tim, the person who actually came on site to do the testing, almost a year later, I still have yet to receive the results. I advised them before testing that I work remote in the basement where many leaks have occurred and I have a family of 6 with 2 being young kids. They were aware that I am building a case and are still silent. They can’t be trusted and have probably been bought. I can’t afford to pay for these extensive test again from another company and am certain that despite having dehumidifier in the basement which fills up several times a day, the situation is much worse based on our respiratory health; seems a little more than seasonal allergies now. If there are problems, they will be named when we take action. Run, not walk from this company.

Richard and all the staff at Air Allergen did an amazing during a stressful home inspection. They provided extremely competent, detailed inspection services while having a great ability to educate us on the process and what the results showed. They saved us from buying a mold invested house that was not re-mediated correctly. We can't thank them enough for this. We would highly recommend Air Allergen services.

The company was very knowledgeable, appointments were very flexible for the customers, they arrived on time, the technician was very knowledgeable, the report I received was very detailed. I found nothing at all unpleasant about the experience with air allergens. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that's looking for a professional -knowledgeable company.
