Amazing customer service. Called on a Sunday and he returned my call and stopped by to assess the problem. He was able to salvage a part from his supply and did not charge for the part. We had called him a year ago and he was prompt and very easy to work with. Since he worked on our garage door 1 year ago, he applied a discount today to our service and offered to look at both garage doors. He goes above and beyond! Highly recommend.

Wonderful.customer service! Original install was quick and professional.that was fall of 2016. Today i had 2 issues of door opening on its own. call to Joe was made to ask about possible solutions. He came after a job fixed the problem and said to call right away if it ever happened again. I definitely recommend Affordable Door for anything Garage Door related!!!

Very happy with Joe! My garage door spring snapped in two. I gave Joe a call and over the phone i explained the problem and how the weather stripping was off on one side. He quoted me a price and we set a time later in the week for him to come for the repairs. He was done with in an hour. Super friendly and highly recommend. Thanks Joe.

Brutal. Doesn't show up when he says he will and quotes whatever he feels like, regardless of what you explain to the guy. After repeated attempts to get pricing on the doors i actually want, I decided to take my money to a more proven business.

I don't leave a lot of reviews so that is saying something here.
Joe is a great guy, very friendly, easy to work with.
Scheduling was convenient. He went above and beyond - inspected opener, track etc.
There is a fair amount of risk/danger with this type of work and the work was done w/ quality and fairly priced. Guaranteed work for a year. Overall very pleased with service. Thanks you Joe!

Joe was amazing to work with. I've never met a better person to do business with! He installed (5) garage doors at our house. He was very patient as we figured out what style we wanted to go with. He's honest, very competitive prices, and just all around amazing to work with. Nothing better than actually meeting the person who is doing the work, servicing the work, answers the calls, and makes the profit. No "big guy" in some big office just making profits. Working with Joe has been my favorite sub during our building. HIGHLY Recommend!
