I went in with my husband for a check up on his dentures and after having seen my dentist and learning that I need two teeth pulled I asked at the front desk about if they might be able to help me. The next thing I know I am filling out paperwork and being seen that day in a consult. The doctors and staff are wonderful and so concerned about the patients. I would not go anywhere else for my dentures.

I’m not one who has ever liked or felt at ease going to the dentist. Since a child I have disliked and been extremely nervous when I’ve had to go. After having a couple of teeth break and several others in need of repair I decided to go to affordable dentures and just have the teeth pulled and replaced with a denture. The staff were very nice and understanding of my nervousness, they talked with me explaining the cost of the different options , the dentist came in examining my teeth and asked what I would like to have done. Impressions were taken I was told to go grab lunch and given a time to return. When I returned and was called back they assured my mouth was numb so I would not feel anything. As I would return about every six weeks to get a new liner all the staff were always very friendly and if I had any questions they would gladly answer them or get the dentist to come check my mouth or answer questions. I recently went for my final denture and time was taken to take fittings help with my overbite and assure a comfortable final fit. Very pleased

They tell people to come in at 7:30am and your not seen til around 1pm. Not including one of the dentist called out. When you ask about how much longer. The only answer you'll get is there is just a few before you. They couldn't numb my tooth. Tried to blame me. Caused more pain, broke my tooth more. While your waiting for the shots to make you numb. They are in the next room pulling someone else's tooth. Seems like there over booking and trying to get you in and out of the office so they can make more money in the next 30 mins. Just not worth the 110$ for extraction and then 95$ for the x Ray's.

This is based in one tooth removal but certainly worth providing others with the review.
I was referred by my dentist for the tooth extraction as a much cheaper alternative than the oral surgeon. I mean option A was going to include a financing option And I think we are all tired of seeing how much some of these procedures cost.
I called on a Friday and had an appointment Monday at 9am. There were a lot of cars in the lot and folks in the waiting room but I didn't wait that long.
I was numbed properly and only felt a little bit up in my cheek one during the extract. It was over so fast I was shocked.
Just a little over $200 to extract the tooth AND for XRays That is pretty amazing these days.
Everyone was nice and professional They are my Options A from now on.

Despite what you have heard (whether negative or positive comments) about Affordable Dentures, this place is the bomb. I went in on Thursday, August 31, to see them about partial dentures. The entire dental staff was friendly. I told them what I was here for, and what I wanted. They honored my request. Although, I did not get my partials on that day, the assured me that they would be ready by Friday, September, 1. As promised, they delivered. Both top and bottom partials are a perfect fit and look great. As you can see the picture above is living proof the partials. Thanks, Affordable Dentures for bringing back MY SMILE! :)

I went to the Affordable Dentures yesterday and did my Impressions in the morning and I went back at 2:30pm and got my teeth pulled and got my Partials, Uppers and Lowers and got them fitted and adjusted. The only thing I can think of to say is that they are pretty nice and Professional but they are also all about business they really don't go out of their way to make you feel comfortable but they are not rude or anything like that. I think but I really don't know if they are all about quantity or quality? Like when the doctor pulled my four front teeth out he did I really great job numbing me up, And asking me and checking to make sure I couldn't feel anything and he did a great job getting my teeth out I didn't feel any pain or anything.But the only thing I can think of that they could do to make it better is to do things or stuff to distract you or make you comfortable or even act like they care a little bit while they are doing stuff like pulling teeth because even tho he told me that there would be cracking sounds it still made uncomfortable.But overall I am very happy and satisfied with Affordable Dentures and the Doctor and Staff and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Our experience was less than professional to say the least. First and foremost, even though their website say's they do financing with Care Credit, they don't accept it. When asked, they said they are in the process, but they only update the website once a year. (Really?)
We got in the office a little after 8am, sat there for an hour and a half before being seen, after being seen we were told to come back at 3:30, it was 4:45 before they called us back again. (45 minutes after closing) The office was packed with people waiting even after they closed. So, be prepared to be there all day. ( I have no idea where they get the one to two hour estimation for a visit on the Google Website information )
Leaving the office my brother's denture was loose and had two awkwardly wide canines. I would say it is well worth the money to get better service somewhere more expensive.

Bottom line. Take your business elsewhere.

This was my first time going to affordable dentures. I done my paperwork and waited about 15 minutes to be called back. The receptionist was very nice, and so was the dental assistant that took my x ray. Dr. Dorothy came in right away after my x ray and she started the numbing process. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She pulled my tooth in like 20 seconds, by herself. It was the most quick and painless extraction I've ever had. Totally recommend them!!

Don't let the women dentist pull your teeth she has mess me up pretty bad. Had no problem with previous visits with the male dentist he done great. She pulled eye tooth took gums around the roots with the tooth and roots have big hole in gum down almost to jaw line. And it doesn't want to heal

If we could give them a zero, we would. Please don't waste your time and money here. It's quantity over quality. My husband got a terrible infection and has been sick for 10 days with it. We finally went to an Oral Surgeon today for help. No one at the Asheville, NC location are oral surgeons. We will be requesting a refund.

The worst place in the world. Don't go there for anything, you will regret it! I had to go to Charlotte to have surgery done because they broke 2 bones in my chin. After this I learned I was by far the only one this had happened to, they tried and tried to send me to a surgeon that would no longer see anyone else from this office, and really got mad at me, because I went to my dentist that would not touch me because I had bones showing, she sent me to my Doctor who had to give me antibiotics twice before I could get into see a surgeon. I almost died and they didn't care, because they had done this many times. Now I have no front gums to even wear dentures and will never be able to eat anything but soft foods again. My face looks so bad I am ashamed to go out.
