I must give this facility 5 thumbs up and a high 5. I went mid afternoon on a Tuesday there were a few people in front of me but it went quickly! From my first encounter with the representative she patience and didn’t mind me asking her four questions at the same time. From my 2nd encounter now she was funny made me relax before seeing the doctor. I called back the next day as I had an issue and Jasmine answered; she was patience (as I rattled on about my issues) concerned, considerate, understanding and assured me she or the doctor would get right back to me. Dr Mitchell called back in a short period of time he also gave the exact same concern……… Thank you

First time they’re to get an X-ray. First impression was this is a nice place. Got the X-ray the reader if the X-ray said I had so fracture but I ended up having one. I called the office twice left 2 messages with whomever and no one has called back since. Not at all happy

My granddaughter was sick with a possible cold/covid. The front desk [PSR] was the worst!! (Morning shift) After giving her the necessary 3pg ppr wk that was requested, she proceeded to work on my information last!! Three people who came after us were called before us! Inbetween she was taking and helping others on the phone. She wears glasses and sits on the left hand side facing the front door. If you want fair treatment DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Because of her I will NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!

I've been using AFC for years now and have pretty much been pleased with the fast service and for the most part, nice personal. I recently visited due to an illness, and they were able to do blood work right there rather then going offsite, and they even make it sound very quick and better then off-site places.
However, I called to check on results and the girl that answered was not friendly and pretty much made me feel like, "Why would I call to check so soon and bother them about test results." That really did not go over well with me. She then informed me it could take 5 days, I said I wish someone had told me that rather than saying it's done on site and I should know by Thursday or FridayI would have gone to quest. Who honestly, I have always used for all my blood work and have always been so impressed with how fast they are. Needless to say, I would not recommend getting any type of blood work done at AFC. And certainly, don't call to check on it because you're catch an attitude.
I will say, I have never had a bad interaction with a Doctor at AFC.response / report this review -

My son broke his hand, the urgent care we have been to once before was closed so we went here instead. Parking lot is a mess! Not very happy with that as we pulled in we almost turned around actually. We thankfully were very pleasantly surprised with the AFC office though. Very clean and really spacious office. We only had to wait maybe 10-15 mins. I was still filling out the form when they called us back haha. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Dr. Trippel was AMAZING! Extremely friendly and easy to talk to. She explained everything very well to us. They did xrays on my sons hand and put a splint on him, recommended an orthopedic dr to go see. We were in and out in less than an hour and a half. Extremely happy with this urgent care. We will go here from now on, if needed in the future. Thank you everyone there especially Dr Trippel!
