  I did not have great service at this urgent care. The staff was very unwelcoming and seem annoyed during my check in process. When I met with the doctor, he took a look in my throat for 2 secs and that was it. He said I must have something viral and prescribed me antibiotics. I asked him if it’s viral, antibiotics wouldn’t work. He agreed and still prescribed. Never checked anything else. Ended up going to the hospital few hours later because my pressure was high (my pressure was high when I went but no one said anything. I only know because I glanced at it when the nurse was checking it) and had a high fever. I wish I can get my $15 copay back. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

  Dr. Odekunle was great. The nursing staff was very patient and accommodating. This is my 2nd time here. The first not so good but I'm glad they've improved.

  Dr Odekunle is very polite and thoughtful. Service was quick and registration was a breeze. I was out within an hour.
  
  Update: Now they have no verification of my visit for my employer. According to them, no patient with my name or dob was in their office. Are you kidding me?!

  “My wife and I recently visited this establishment, and I regret to say our experience was nothing short of disheartening. From the moment we stepped in, the front desk staff gave us an unwelcome vibe, making us feel more like an inconvenience than valued customers. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy was evident in every interaction.
  
  But what truly took the cake was the attitude of the closing doctor. One would expect a medical professional to uphold a certain standard of behavior, but this was not the case here. The doctor’s demeanor was dismissive and even bordering on rude. There was a palpable lack of empathy and understanding in our interactions, making an already uncomfortable situation even worse.
  
  I believe that every customer deserves respect and a basic level of politeness, regardless of the nature or size of the business. The treatment we received during our visit is simply unacceptable and does not reflect the standards one would expect from a reputable establishment. I sincerely hope no one else has to endure such an experience, and I would advise potential patrons to seriously reconsider before entrusting this business with their needs.”

  I visit the AFC Urgent Care in West Orange, NJ today. The front end staff was welcoming and friendly. The assistant who took my vitals was efficient and very friendly. The cod tot was very thorough with her questions and exam to diagnose my problem. The entire visit from the time I entered the facility until I left was about 30 minutes. I would not hesitate to visit this location again.
