  I would highly recommend the Oxygen Concentrator Supplies Shop for any equipment needs and advice. I needed a car charger for my mom's unit, and I was given the direction I needed. Jared was very patient and informative. When you are dealing with care for a loved one, that is super helpful.

  Jared, the oxygen team lead helped me out over the weekend when we had an urgent need for an oxygen concentrator. Jared was extremly professional, provided clear guidance for doctors prescription and was able to remotely guide his team members to help me out on a saturday. He went above and beyond to help my family out. Jared followed up the next day to check on how things went and he cared about how my family member was doing. In today's day and age, there are very less people in this world who care about people after a sale is done. Few days later, I called and offered to buy lunch for Jared and his team. He appreciated that and politely refused. This is a great team of people that provide customer service above and beyond. Thank you again Jared, Kate and others who helped us out. You are an awesome team.

  I am very happy with my purchase of Innospirro go from Oxygen concentrator supply. I had excellent service over the phone and was promised my product would be in stock again in December. To my delight, I was called and told the product was in already in August. I immediately purchased and they delivered in just 2 days. Can’t express my gratitude for that. And more importantly this product has worked properly every time I use it. As I had purchased the very same thing from another company and it only performed for about 2 weeks and wouldn’t even do anything about it except to tell me I had to purchase another one.I was so disappointed. I am so happy I found Oxygen Concentration that when I need to order again I can count on them for a good product and very very good customer service. I wholeheartedly thank them so much.
